Account Details
Account Opening and Eligibility
- The Business Current Account is available to citizens, residents, and businesses with valid identification or registration.
- Accounts can be opened in Iraqi Dinar (IQD), US Dollars (USD), or Euros (EUR).
- A minimum opening balance of 150,000 IQD, 100 USD, or 100 EUR is required.

- Enjoy cash withdrawals and payments worldwide with a MasterCard or UnionPay debit card.
- Request a personalized checkbook for flexible transactions.
- Access account information and perform transactions via online banking, the mobile app, ATMs, and SMS banking.
- Choose between electronic statements delivered through the mobile app or paper statements available at branches.
Fees and Charges
- Standard charges may apply based on the currency and type of transactions (refer to the bank's fee schedule).
- Fees for local and international transfers are based on destination, currency, and amount.
- Card Replacement Fee Charges apply for lost or damaged debit cards.
Customer Responsibilities
- Maintain the minimum required balance to avoid service disruptions or additional fees.
- Notify the bank promptly of changes to personal or business information, including contact details.
- Keep your account credentials (login, PIN, etc.) and checkbook secure to prevent unauthorized access.
Bank's Rights
- RTB reserves the right to modify terms, conditions, and fees with prior notice, as per regulatory requirements.
- RTB may temporarily suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance with banking policies.
- Transactions may be reviewed for compliance with local and international regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
Governing Laws
- The laws of Iraq and the Kurdistan Regional Government govern business current accounts.
